Cointreau on Ice are a group of queer fuck ups who love to fuck. Their performances, or experimental drag shows, are a cathartic chaos of rap, dance, political speech and lip synch. COI was found out of the group’s necessity to display queer realities, while simultaneously self-empowering themselves and (re-)owning their bodies and sexualities. Re-inventing Drama, they presented their new performance yesterday for our Acud Macht Sommer Night while Ace of Diamonds b2b Sigourney Skywalker and Anonymous Pro were on the desks with jumping and dancing tunes.
