Warm At Last

"Warm at Last" is the debut album of British musician Marlais. Dismantling the expected traditional sound of British folk music, he sings the songs in a new musical setting, leaning heavily on drone and ambient atmospheres, interspersing them with his own experimental compositions. Opening the night will be much loved Circular Ruins, whose transcendental, hypnotic synth meanderings never fail to entrance. BCR regulars and DJ's Olle Holmberg and Anastasia Lévy will provide the tunes in between, while artist Zu Kalinowska will provide unconventional live visuals.
