Berlin is renowned for its undeniable contributions to the electronic dance music and queer nightlife scenes. However, as underground pop music here begins to bloom, there's a notable absence of local events championing pop-adjacent acts, particularly those supporting BIPOC queer artists. The concept for "Latent Stream" was therefore born to create a space for BIPOC queer artists who make music under the broader pop umbrella.
"Latent Stream" as opposed to "Mainstream," is a collective concert aimed at promoting underground artists that are less visible in Berlin's mainstream cultural circle, bringing unique voices hidden behind the usual cultural scenes to the forefront.
