echo is a formation of club 愛 [ai] and hyper berlin, cast by myon rox. Together
they present a night of art installation, live performances, and dj-sets that delve into
the sounds and aesthetics of hyperpop – a genre that glistens somewhere between
the internet and fantasy.
For the club night, echo has invited Latvian producer Himera. Toying with the
base notes of trance and pop music, Himera moulds emotional and story-driven
soundscapes. Having released their debut LP in 2022 including collaborations with
the likes of Petal Supply, Hannah Diamond and Tohji, they present a body of work
full of synth-heavy ballads and disorienting pop tunes.
Caro<3, a French-born but London-based producer, also lead vocalist of the pop
three-piece Planet 1999 and signee of future-pop label PC Music, will perform
from her debut album ‘Heartbeats/Heartbreaks.’ Other acts of the night include
LEGIT GIRL DJ, Sodomland, Opholus, cunt remember, 5v + mint + odece from go
luxury, DJ COMEDOWN, and hyper berlin’s own Sailor Hoon and Akïi.
The event will start at 19H in the courtyard with drinks and fresh food by Kiva Han.
