Moonface And Siinai, Benedikt

Siinai is the group of Helsinki-based progressive musicians with whom Spencer Krug -- as Moonface, formerly guitarist, singer and songwriter in Wolf Parade -- enlists for various recording projects. Together they are MOONFACE AND SIINAI. Their first collaboration was 2012's With Siinai: Heartbreaking Bravery. Their always-epic, kraut-based compositions bring a masterful precision to Krug's songwriting. The group's latest, My Best Human Face, is a collection of what Krug calls "good-time songs, meant to inspire good times in the listener." Moonface and Siinai is Spencer Krug, Risto Joensuu, Matti Ahopelto, Saku Kämäräinen and Markus Joensuu.
